We hope you are happy with your order but if you are not completely satisfied, we are sorry to hear that, however you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
Please note we can only offer size exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for another style, we suggest you return the item for a refund and make a new order separately.
Returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging and in the same condition with all QUIN garment tags still intact. All orders received with Make-Up marks will be returned to sender.
We carefully check and photography every item before dispatch and keep it as a record. Any item not in its original condition or being returned more than 14 days after receiving the item cannot be accepted.
Sale & Faulty Items:
Sale and faulty items must be returned within 7 days for a full refund. After this period we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when items are faulty. GOODS ARE CLASSIFIED FAULTY IF THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED DAMAGED.
The item is your responsibility until we receive it. We recommend you use an insured and trackable service to return your parcel.
For international returns please mark clearly “British Returned Goods - No Commercial Value” on description of the shipment. If the indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may applied where amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Once merchandise has been received, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days and will be credited via the original payment method.
Items purchased online at www.quincollection.com cannot be exchanged or returned at any stores which may sell our products.
We offer a flexible returns policy; however we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
